Pour the eggs into a mixing bowl, add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, brown sugar, mix together and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Dip the bread into the cinnamon mixture and let soak but not soggy. Place in the frying pan and let fry for 2 minutes on each sides. Continue the process with the rest of the bread. Serve with strawberries and blueberries or any fruit of your choice Sprinkle with icing sugar and drizzle with syrup. Cinnamon toast ready to serve.
