How to Pack a Healthy School Lunch with Kids Cook Real Food HPC: E04

Do I love packing lunches? Does it invigorate my spirit? Heck no. Still boring. Still annoying. Still would rather be reading a good book!

BUT we do find ways to make variety happen because we're committed to eating healthy, nourishing food at every meal. Check out how we keep it simple AND involve the kids in daily school lunch packing. And it's all gluten-free, mostly grain-free!

Best lunch packing tips (NO ):

1. Pack right after dinner and include items you have out on the table (leftovers, raw veggies and dip)
2. Batch it - make 2 days worth whenever you can, and for sure pack all the lunches (mostly) the same, not what we demo here!
3. Fill the squares - bento boxes give you a roadmap, and you just need to think of 3-4 items to put in.
