HOW TO STORE THESE

1. Best kept in the freezer. Can last for a few months...but they won't! If ya know what I mean... ;)

1 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 rice malt syrup/brown rice syrup
1 cup almonds (or any nuts you like)
1 cup pitted dates (or any dried fruit you like)
