Makes 250 ml / 1 cup fresh cheese
Are you interested to learn how to make your own cheese at home? It just needs 3 basic ingredients and 1 day preparation.
The wait and result are really worth it, because you get a white, fresh, light in taste cheese without preservatives.
You can prepare it traditionally, as you will see in my recipe, using what we call Pytia in Greek i.e. rennet. It is very cheap and you can buy it in special shops. Or substitute it with 2 tbsp. white vinegar or lemon juice, using exactly the same method.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lt / 4 cups whole Cows fresh Milk, 3.5 % fat
tsp / 2.85 gr / 0.1 oz Salt
1 gr / 0.03 oz Rennet
1 tbsp. / 15 ml Water
1 Cheesecloth
