How To Make Turkish Doner Kebab At Home

Hi everyone! This is a great recipe for a celebration day, for having a feast or whenever you wish eating something special! It must be a bit hard to make but even if it is not the perfect doner it still is a realy good dish. I hope you will like it.

Here are the ingredients:
400 g entrecote
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil

For marnating:
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch thyme
2 pinches allspice
1 pinch smoked paprika
1 cup milk


For the sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp tomato paste
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
