How To Make The Nigerian Egg Roll.

Nigerian Egg Roll is a popular snack that is well loved in Nigeria. The Nigerian Egg roll is deep fried and also very easy to make. The key to achieve great success in making this recipe, lies in the preparation of the dough. The dough should be a little wet when preparing it. Dont worry about that, by the time the doughis leftto rest for about 15 minutes it will turn out well. Though the dough is soft, itwill be very workable. Use enough Oil to deep fry in other to get the best result, Heat up the oil at any temperature but reduce the heat to low before frying the egg rolls. It came out nice and very delicious. Serve the Egg roll with a chilled drink.
Ingredients used: 2 and Half Cups Of All purpose Flour ( 2 cups of flour was use for preparing the dough while half cup was use on my work surface and my hands when taking the dough), 7 Eggs ( 6 use for the Egg rolls while 1 beaten Egg use to mix the flour), 1/2 or Half Teaspoon Of Baking powder, 1/4 or Quarter Teaspoon Of Nutmeg, 1/2 or Half Teaspoon Of Salt, 2 Tablespoons Of Butter, 1/2 or Half Cup Of Milk, 2 Tablespoons Of Sugar and Vegetable Oil.
