Ingredients

2 lobster tails
1/2 cup salted butter melted
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large lemon cut into wedges


Instructions

1 Turn on the broiler setting in your oven and let it preheat.

2 00:00:16 - Use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to slice open the lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat inside. Place on a small, ungreased baking sheet.

3 00:00:47 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over lobster exposed lobster meat.
