1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 batch whipped cream
2 cups sliced strawberries
Whole strawberries
