Ingredients :
Old fashioned Oats - 1 1/2 cup
Walnuts - 1/4th cup
Pista - 1/4th cup
Hazelnuts - 1/4th cup
Melon seeds - 1 tbsp
Flaxseeds - 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/4th tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4th tsp
Coffee powder - 1/4th tsp

Coldpressed coconut oil/olive oil - 5 tbsp
Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
