Daniel shows you how to make a very common banchan (side-dish) called Gosari. In English, this vegetable is better known as Fernbrake or Braken. When prepared properly, it taken on a texture similar to meat. If you want to try out a new vegetable, visit the Korean store and pick up some fernbrake! This banchan is almost as commonplace as Kimchi in Korea. Enjoy with a bowl of rice!
