Ingredients

1 (2 pound) top round beef roast
1/2 cup A.1. Sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 hoagie rolls
1/4 cup melted butter
8 slices Kraft Sliced Provolone Cheese


Instructions

1 00:01:12 - Slice the roast into thin slices. Place in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour A.1. Sauce over the meat and top with minced garlic.

2 00:02:03 - Scatter bell pepper and onion over the top. Season with salt and pepper.

3 00:02:18 - Place the lid on and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.

4 00:02:26 - Place split hoagie rolls out onto a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and working 4 at at time, toast rolls under the broiler setting for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

5 00:02:51 - Toss the cooked meat and vegetables together and scoop onto hoagie rolls. Top with Kraft Sliced Provolone Cheese. Place under the broiler setting again until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
