Ingredients:
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup roasted bell peppers
1tsp cumin
14 oz (396g) diced tomatoes
14 oz (396g) crushed tomatoes
1tsp paprika
tsp nutmeg
tsp cayenne pepper
1tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
2 oz feta cheese
parsley
