If you like Jajangmyeon & you dig seafood...... oOoo EEEE! This Samseon Jajang is the dish for you. This is hands-down my favorite dish to order at Korean-Chinese restaurants. If you order it, the sauce usually comes a-la-carte in a bowl. And its up to you... how much of it you want to spread it over noodles (I usually save half of it to eat with rice). Tonight, we're going to add some delicious fried dumplings on the side. As well as a spicy radish salad that will refresh your palatte between bites. Getting excited?
