How to Make Samosa

This simple snack can be made for breakfast or as a small chop for birthday parties, weddings, or any celebration.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of melted ghee (clarified butter) or vegetable oil.
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cup of finely chopped potatoes.
- 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg.
- 1 cup of green peas.
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds.
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 500 grams of ground beef.
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala.
- 1/4 tsp of red chili pepper.
- 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 1 chopped green chili.
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- vegetable oil for deep frying.
