I have so many varieties of holiday recipes, but I dont think its realistic making different dough for each cookies at home. I want you to make as much varieties from one dough.

ingredients

150g unsalted butter

180g sugar

1 large egg

A pinch of salt

A dash of vanilla essence

220g cake flour

icing
150g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons egg white

white chocolate ganache
100g white chocolate

50g heavy cream
