How To Make Oatmeal: Easy, Healthy Recipe My Toddler and I Love!

Ella's Oats! Today I'm sharing a really simple oatmeal recipe that we make for my 2 year old - it's packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats (important for brain health!), fiber and keep-ya-full carbohydrates (hello oats!). While this is "Ella's Oats" recipe - it's also a great recipe for adults too! I love to top mine with some coconut sugar, almond butter and blueberries!
