How To Make Nigerian Meat Pie

Nigerian Meat Pie: Everyone can use this recipe. Ingredients use- Meat Pie Dough: 800g of plain flour, 1 teaspoon of Baking powder, pinch of salt, 500g of butter, 3 eggs and half cup of cold water. For The Filling: olive oil, 1 Big size of Irish potato, 2 carrots, 500g of minced meat or ground beef, half onion, 1 small pepper, 2 Maggi cubes, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of powder curry, 2 pinches of salt, 2 tablespoon of plain flour use as thickener and cold water. 1 egg for rubbing on the meat pie to get golden look.
