Today I want to show you how to make Mos Chicken | Japanese Super Crispy Crust Fried Chicken.

For this year's Christmas, I want to make a fried chicken but a not normal one.

This is actually a recreation of very popular fried chicken at a Japanese hamburger restaurant.

I've been wondering how to make it for a long time, and finally, I nailed it.
You will be surprised how it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You are going to love it!



Serves 6~8
2 skinless-boneless chicken breasts (about 500g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Sake or white wine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

batter
2 tablespoons egg white
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons potato starch
2 to 3 tablespoons water

Crispy Crust
cup rice cracker
1/2 cup Panko Bread crumb
2 tablespoons potato starch

oil for frying
