How To Make Mercimek (Turkish Lentil Soup) At Home

Mercimek orbas is a great Turkish recipe for every season or meal. It is super simple to prepare it and very quick to finish it :))

Half cup tomato pure
1 tsp pepper paste
1 cup lentil
1 tbsp dry mint
1 small pinch sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 chicken bouillon
