How to Make Korean Style Meatballs - Korean Fusion Recipe

Meatballs rolled in thick and sticky Korean pepper paste {gochujang}. A splash of juice and honey subtly mellow out the heat of the paste and creates a glossy sauce for juicy meatballs.

Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger meat
1 egg
3 tb soy sauce
2 ts sesame oil
2 ts garlic
1 ts ginger
2 green onions
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
Glaze:
1/2 c orange juice
2 tb honey
2 tb gochujang {Korean pepper paste}
