Daniel shows you how to make Korean Spicy Crab Stew. In Korea, it is crab season. The most popular crab are flower crabs (pronounced 'kkot-gae' in Korean). These crabs are typically sold frozen at Korean stores. It's commonly also referred to as "Blue Crab" - but its technically not the same blue crab as the Chesapeake or Maryland blue crab. Those have a much harder shell, so it hard to bite into them. The Korean Flower Crab has much softer shell. Anyhow, if you see them at the Korean mart, grab them and try it at home!
