I made some tofu katsu, so I had to make some Katsudon too!

1/2 cup water
3 1/2 tbsp plant-based tsuyu (recipe is on my reel under tempura udon recipe)
1 tsp raw sugar
A pinch of mushroom seasoning
2 small pieces (6 oz) of tofu katsu (the recipe is on my reel)
1/4 cup @justegg
1/2 green onion, chopped
