300g minced beef
150g minced pork
1 onion (minced)
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
tsp ground nutmeg
30ml milk
20g panko bread crumbs
1 whole broccoli
1 whole carrot
4 small (300g) potatoes

Hamburg sauce:
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
100ml red wine
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt and pepper (to preference)
