Lahmacun is a well known delicious Turkish street food of all time. It is a great street food and you can mostly find it in any restaurant in Turkey.
It is also known as Turkish pizza but has a very thin crust, topped with ground beef or lamb, vegetables, spices and tomato mixture. You garnish it with fresh tomatoes, parsley and squeeze of lemon juice and eat rolled up like burrito.. It is so yummy specially with a glass of ayran (Yogurt drink). And from now on you will be able to make it home!

Ingredients:
For The Topping;
300 g minced beef or lamb,
1 red and 2 small green pepper,
1 big onion,
2 medium tomatoes,
half bunch of parsley,
4 clove garlic,
1/2 cup of walnut,
1 tbsp red pepper paste,
1 tbsp tomato paste,
1 tsp cumin,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp black pepper,
1 tbsp red pepper flakes,
1 tbsp isot pepper (that is optional)

For The Dough;
3 cup of all purpose flour,
1 cup of warm water,
1 tsp sugar,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp dry yeast,
