How To Make Greek Beet Salad Roasted Beet Salad with Feta, Olive Oil and Oregano

Here's a very easy and super delicious recipe for Greek beet salad. This roasted beet salad features feta, olive oil & oregano and a splash of the vinegar of your choice. You can serve this warm or cold and preparation is a snap as you can make this ahead of time thus giving you more freedom to socialize.

INGREDIENTS LIST

* 6-10 beets
* 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic
* 3-4 tbsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar
* 50g Greek feta cheese
* Salt & pepper to taste
