10 Fresh tomatoes
7 scotch bonnet peppers (atarodo)
2 large onion bulbs
4 garlic cloves
1 large carrot
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 table spoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon thyme
4 seasoning cubes
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 table spoon paprika powder
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
Salt to taste
