How to make fried rice ... Fast!

Make ginger fried rice fast and easy with this one pot recipe! Plus, uh, your leftover pot of rice ...

In a hot pan, fry finely chopped ...
Ground meat (pork is traditional)
Tofu
Egg (chop this AFTER you fry it ... obviously ..)
Celery or other crunchy vegetable
Green or white onion
Ginger (here) or garlic (much more common)
Add each ingredient earlier or later on, making sure not to undercook the meat
When everything is nearly cooked to your desire, add rice and cook until heated and starting to stick. You can let it crisp on the bottom if you like .. but i don't.
Season with salt or soy sauce. Optional white pepper to taste.

A fast and tasty meal on a busy weekday.
