Speaking of snacks, I am going to be making DORAYAKI today.

Dorayaki is a traditional Japanese sweet which is famous for the favorite food of Doraemon.

It's easy to make dessert, and you can grab and go to your lunchtime!

10~12 regular-size (8~10cm) DORAYAKI or 20 small-size (4~5cm) DORAYAKI
75g Mochi-ko (sticky rice flour/sweet rice flour)
100ml water
2 large eggs
80g sugar
75g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Mirin (or honey)
baking soda solution
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon water

300~400g Anko
Whipping cream
