Peach Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups peaches, peeled and cut into chunks and then frozen
2 tsp. Fresh lime juice
cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup of plain greek yogurt, full fat is best
tsp. Vanilla extract
cup ultra fine sugar, make your own: https://youtu.be/IitgPPMe35s

Directions:
Place the frozen peaches into a food processor along with the sugar. Pulse to cut peaches into small piece. Scrape down the sides of the processor and pulse again.

Add the yogurt, the heavy cream, the lime juice and the vanilla extract and process until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides once or twice and process until its well combined and smooth.

Pour the mixture into a frozen ice cream maker insert and churn according to your machines instructions. I churned mine for about 13 minutes.

The best time to eat this frozen yogurt is right after churning. It will be at its creamiest. You can freeze any leftovers in a container with a tight fitting lid.

After the yogurt is frozen, you will want to let it sit at room temperature for about 25 minutes or until softened. Enjoy!
