Coquito Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients:
3 oz. cream of coconut
6 oz. evaporated milk
2 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 can 13.5 oz organic coconut milk Native Forest
tsp. Rum extract
tsp. Vanilla extract
tsp. Almond extract
tsp. Ground cinnamon
tsp. Freshly grated nutmeg
to cup of white rum, optional

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 40 seconds. Pour into a pitcher for serving or into mason jars or bottles with a swing top lid Bottles with Swing Lids https://amzn.to/3ejTscc

The Coquito eggnog will last a week in the refrigerator. Serve chilled with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg on top or serve with a cinnamon stick for more cinnamon flavor. Remember to stir or shake before serving. Feel free to double or triple this recipe. Try this for a New Years drink. Enjoy!
