How to Make Carrot Stew

Simple and easy stew without tomatoes.

Ingredients:
15 piece of beef (assorted meat or chicken)
3 carrots
5 red bell peppers
3 scotch bonnets
2 medium onions
1 lemon, squeeze out the juice
1 small ginger, grated
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon thyme
2 stock cubes
2 bay leaves, optional
1 cup of beef or chicken stock
Cooking oil (enough to fry the meat)
Salt to taste
