Daniel shows you how to make Bulgogi Stew. This combines some of my favorite ingredients together - bulgogi, mushrooms and tofu. Normally, you have to marinate bulgogi for some time. But using fish sauce, you can quickly flavor the beef. I learned this method from a cooking show and I was suprised to see the effectiveness of using soy sauce. Try it out with a bowl of rice.
