Here is the technique I use for delicious, fall off the bone lamb that you can easily customize to your taste. If you're cooking around Passover time and are hosting seder, this recipe also yields 2 useful items for my seder plate (lamb shank bone and eggs that I tint using the leftover onion peel from this lamb recipe). For my lamb, I use:grapeseed oil (for pan)lamb shanks 1 onion, choppedcrushed garlic (3-5 cloves)cumin cinnamon paprikacrushed red chili flakessaltgolden raisinslarge can of crushed tomatoes, plus water to rinse out can2 cans of rinsed drained beans or garbanzo beans (chick peas)My family enjoys this lamb with steamed rice, but if you are avoiding kitniyot for Passover, you may omit the beans and serve over or alongside potatoes or quinoa. For my complete Perfect for Passover playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVI-bNDxSxI1wncGvBjS3OXyL_w1DbF79To see my Lunch Packing Supplies Video (including PlanetBox gear): https://youtu.be/bbUMkI_h79ETo order a Planet Box lunchbox and accessories like the ones I feature on this channel: http://planetbox.com#oid=1213_1Sign Up To Receive Free Jewish Books for Kids from PJ LIBRARY: http://bit.ly/39d04osLet's keep in touch! For more info, visit:Blog: www.littlekosherlunch.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/little_kosher_lunch/?hl=enFacebook: www.facebook.com/littlekosherlunchFor more Budget-Minded "Mommy Content," SUBSCRIBE to my other YouTube channel, Melissa Shares: www.youtube.com/c/MelissaShares Note: This description contains affiliate links.
