How to Make ASUN with Goat Meat

Asun is spicy goat meat infused with pepper sauce; it is a very common delicacy in Nigeria, enjoyed in different events like birthdays, weddings, or get-togethers.

Ingredients:
1 kg of goat meat (with the skin on)
6 scotch bonnet peppers or as desired
2 red bell peppers
3 green bell peppers
2 medium onions
3 goat meat seasoning cubes (Knorr cubes)
3 cloves of garlic, optional
Cooking oil for frying the meat
Salt to taste
