How to fry an egg. Over easy eggs, over hard eggs, scrambled eggs...there are no bad eggs (although scrambled eggs are close). Over time, popular opinion seems to seesaw back and forth over the merits of consuming eggs on a regular basis, but no matter what anyone thinks, the fact is we humans eat a lot of them--and many great recipes are dependent on the simple--and amazing--egg.
