How To Cook The Perfect Party Jollof Rice

Party Jollof Rice is the King of all Jollof rice and I love it so much. The method of cooking Jollof rice is varied and also depends on what you want to put to give it the taste you want.
Ingredients used: 4 mug cups of Rice (I used Easy Cook Long Grain Rice), half cup of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoon of Tomato puree (around 150g), 4 tomatoes, 2 Red bell peppers, 3 ata rodo peppers (Also know as Scotch bonnet peppers), 2 Red Onions, 1 tablespoon of Thyme, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, half tablespoon of Salt, 2 maggi cubes, 2 cups of goat meat Stock water and 2 cups of water. Veggies used to give it that party Jollof rice looks: 1 slice tomato, 2 Handfuls Green Peas, half slice onion.
