Steak au Poivre Ingredients:
2.14lb new york strip steak
1lb carrots
1lb asparagus
1 tsp maple syrup
4 garlic cloves
1 garlic head
rosemary
thyme
2 tbsp + 1 tsp butte

Baked Potatoes:
2lb potato medley
4 garlic cloves
1 string rosemary
3 strings thyme
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano

Au Poivre Sauce:
1 shallot
1/4 cup brandy
2 tbsp crushed peppers
1/2 cup heavy cream
