HOW TO COOK BEANS AND PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

900G BLACK EYED BEANS
4 TBS VEGETABLE OIL
1/2 CUP PALMOIL
3 MEDIUM ONIONS
5 MEDIUM PLANTAINS OVERRIPE
2 SPICY PEPPER HOT
2 SWEET PEPPER
1 SET OF GARLIC CLOVES
FRESH BASIL AS REQUIRED
SALT TO TASTE
2 FRESH TIN TOMATOES
3 KNOR CUBES
5ML CURRY (OPTIONAL)NOT IMPORTANT
1 TBS BASIL GROUND
5ML BLACK PEPPER
PARSLEY TO GARNISH
