How To Cook Banga Rice ( Banga Jollof Rice ).

Banga rice is a form of local Jollof rice. It is a very popular food in Warri, a city in Delta state located in Southern Nigeria. What makes local banga rice unique is its soggy and creamy texture together with its thick palm fruit aroma.
