Preheat oven to 300F2. Slice bread into quarters and bake for about 10 minutes3. Take out bread and flip each piece4. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes5. Remove from the oven and place in a food processor6. Blend for a shorter time for chunky bread crumbs, and longer for finer crumbs!7.
