I'm Jason Glover with Dads That Cook. We've got something real simple, real quick. We're just going to sear up a little ahi tuna, put a little rub on it.

We've got a nice sushi-grade ahi, and we're going to take our rub that we already pre-made. We're going to slap that on there and just rub that on. Grab the other side, rub a little on there too.

I'm just going to spray this up real quick, and we're just going to take our fish, medium-high heat, and just let that sizzle up. Move it to a little hotter heat. See this white line right here? You want it to come up just a little bit, okay? Just flip that over, and then we'll mix that up with a little bit of wasabi and a little teriyaki sauce, and then boom, just dip that in and let that sit for a second.

That's looking good. Let's get a little slice here. Oh, that's good, man. You serve it up, you slice it down, make a little wasabi sauce, and you're done.

Have a good one.

Jason Glover is the original Dad That Cooks and owns and operates Splash Digital Media. As a Dad and the primary cook for his family, he conceived DTC through his experiences and by talking with other Dads. When fellow Dads shared with Jason theyd love to learn from his own first-hand kitchen experiences, the idea for DTC was born. As the idea continued to keep him up at night he thought, why not leverage his film and video production and comedy background with his love of cooking for his family to become the host of DTC.

Ryan Seacrest move over introducing Jason Glover as the host of Dads That Cook.
