3 cups Maida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajwain
3 tbsp Oil
2 cups Sweet Corn
8 Green Chillies
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Fennel
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Hing
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Besan
Juice of 1 Lemon
Oil for deep frying
