This is our first of many Chinese cooking videos to come for Aaron's China Guide. This video has a great hot and sour potatoes recipe. Suan la tu dou si 酸辣土豆丝 which means hot & sour potatoes makes a great appetizer. Most of the recipes will be Sichuan and Chongqing foods because that's where we live. Suan in Mandarin means sour, la means spicy, and tu dou si means shredded potatoes. I hope you all like the video and there will be more Chinese food recipes each week.
