Honey Noodles With Ice-cream Recipe Made Easy For You | Indian Mom's Kitchen

This Indo-Chinese dessert is a favourite with one and all. Let me show you how to make this dessert at home the easy way.

Ingredients: 10 Wonton Sheets or 15 Samosa Pattis
3 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Fruit Juice/Crush
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Sugar
Vanilla Ice-cream
Oil for deep frying

Method: Cut the Wonton sheets/Samosa Pattis into 1/2 inch strips. Deep fry till golden and crisp. Keep aside. Combine water, fruit juice and honey and boil for 2-3 minutes. Next, caramelize the sugar and when golden brown, add the honey mixture and combine till a thick sauce is formed. Toss the fried noodles in the syrup and serve hot with Vanilla Ice-cream.
