This is 110% the best time of year to make eggs benedict because the supply of honey glazed ham is very abundant and that is THE BEST and most coveted (at least for me) kind of ham all year long. I go all year whining about the fact that i need an excuse to get a giant ham for things like this, but now its my time!! And its time to go big.
