Halve the eggs and further cut them into small pieces.2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.3. Add curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.4. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.5. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well.6. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Sprinkle little water and mix well.7. Add the eggs and mix well. Add coriander and mix well.8.
