Home-Made Potato And Methi Bhajjiya/Aloo And Methi Pakora (Potato And Fenugreek Crisps) By Archana | India Food Network

Ingredients:
Serves 2
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large bowl chanaa powder/besan (chickpeas ground to flour)
coriander as per taste
1 large onion, chopped in chunks
salt to taste
2 tbsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
oil to fry
