Buy fresh Pineapple in season and enjoy Pineapple juice throughout the year. Let me show you how to make and preserve Pineapple juice and serve it to family, friends and guests whenever required. Given below is the Homemade Pineapple Juice Concentrate recipe.

Ingredients:
2 or more ripe Pineapples to give 21/2 cups juice.
750 gms Sugar
21/2 cups Water
1 tsp Citric Acid
A little Food Colour

Method:
-- Take 750 gms Sugar and add 21/2 cups Water.
-- Bring Water to a boil and stir continuously until Sugar dissolves.
-- Cook the Syrup on low heat for 5 minutes.
-- Take off heat and put 1 tsp Citric Acid.
-- Add a little Food Colour.
-- Cut Pineapple into pieces and blend to make pulp.
-- Strain the pulp through a Muslin Cloth.
-- Collect 21/2 cups of the strained juice.
-- Pour the juice into the Sugar syrup and mix well.
-- Pineapple juice concentrate is ready.
-- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
-- Whenever required dilute the concentrate with plain water and serve chilled.
