This is my version of a Margherita pizza. If you're not familiar with what a Margherita pizza is, it's pretty much a crushed tomato sauce, chunks of mozzarella cheese spread out, a little parmesan, and some cut up basil leaves spread out. Not your typical pizza but still very good. video recorded October 2, 2018
