DUMPLING OKONOMIYAKI
1. take couple frozen dumplings and microwave for 1 min **add lil water in bowl
2. add one egg and little bit of flour
3. pan fry them ! small med large your call!
4. for toppings, i added dried seaweed, mayo and okonomiyaki sauce
**you can sub with barbeque sauce or teriyaki sauce

PAN FRIED ZUCCHINI
1. slice them
2. coat it with flour
3. dip them in stirred eggs
4. pan fry!

PORK CUTLET
1. tenderize the pork and season .......i dont think i seasoned mine
2. coat it with flour - egg - bread crumbs
3. med-high heat, deep fry! **double fry them to make it crunchier

KATSUDON
1. about 1/2 - 1 cup of water
2. add kelp if you have any
3. mirin or sake ...3-4 spoonful
4. soy sauce 5-7 spoonful
5. sugar 1-2 spoonful
6. add extra corn syrup to ur taste
7. add onions..you can add mushrooms too
8. add the pork cutlet or vice versa
9. add beaten egg
10. top it with scallions and bonito flakes
11. let it simmer until the eggs are cooked! don't over cook it~
